INGREDIENTS
8 pieces, chicken (breasts or thighs)
6 tablespoons, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
10 sprigs, thyme
40 cloves, garlic – peeled
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup, dry white wine
1 cup, chicken stock
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Toss with olive oil and brown on both sides in a wide fry pan or skillet over high heat
- Remove from heat, add wine, stock, thyme, and garlic cloves
- Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours
- Remove chicken from oven, let rest for 5 to 10 minutes
