INGREDIENTS
1 pound, asparagus – washed and trimmed
3 garlic cloves – finely chopped
3 tablespoons, il Fustino extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons, water
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a ceramic baking dish, place asparagus. Pour olive oil over. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, salt and pepper
- Toss asparagus to blend with oil and garlic. Add water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until aparagus is al dente. Do not over-cook. Serve warm or at room temperature.
