  • 20 cherry tomatoes – halved
  • 1 fresh buffalo mozzarella – cut in 1/2″ cubes to make 40 cubes
  • 1 bunch, fresh basil leaves – torn in half
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • il Fustino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • il Fustino 25 Star Aged Balsamic


Using a skewer, put 1/2 tomato, cut side up, followed by a piece of mozzarella, basil, second piece of mozzarella and finish with another tomato half. Season skewers with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Alternatively, mozzarella can be rolled in a chiffonade of basil
