FIG & HERBES DE PROVENCE FLANK STEAK

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp, dried oregano
- 1 tbsp, whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup, il Fustino Fig Balsamic
- 1/2 cup, il Fustino Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
- 1.5-2 pound, flank steak
Directions
Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.
Pat flank steak dry and place in a gallon zip lock bag, pour marinade over the top.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cook using your preferred method.
