- 4 slices, thick-cut sourdough bread
- 2 cloves, garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp, il Fustino Olio Nuovo EVOO
- flaky salt
In a hot skillet (or grill pan) grill slices of bread until slightly crispy and grill marks are visible.
Rub garlic cloves over the top of the bread.
Remove from heat and drizzle with EVOO.
Sprinkle with flaky salt. Enjoy!
