  • 2 cups, cherry tomatoes
  • 1 loaf, focaccia
  • 1/3 cup, il Fustino Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp, Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 tbsp, il Fustino California Balsamic
  • 8 ounces, Ciliegine (small mozzarella balls)
  • 6 slices, prosciutto
  • salt and pepper


In a skillet heat 3 tablespoons of Garlic Olive Oil over medium high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes to the oil and stir to coat the to evenly spread the oil. Cover and let cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer into a small bowl and add California Balsamic, Italian herb seasoning and salt and pepper to the bowl. Toss to combine.

While tomatoes are cooking, slice focaccia into 1 inch thick slices and toast until golden brown.

Top toasts with tomatoes, chunks of ciliegine and torn pieces of prosciutto.

Finish with a drizzle of Garlic Olive Oil.
