Have to admit this was our first time shucking oysters but it definitely won’t be our last! Such a special treat to enjoy local Hope Ranch Oysters. Thank you @gethookedseafood! We enjoyed some with an Ancho Mignonette by mixing: 1/4 cup, il Fustino Head Ancho Vinegar 1 tbsp, minced shallots Salt and pepper - to taste And the others we charbroiled, recipe coming soon!

Morning visit to the orchard. First day of summer and no sunshine, but swipe right to see these baby Sevillano olives that brightened our day. ☀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looking forward to the 2019 harvest. For now we will let these fruit chill and hangout for the summer!
