Our go to lunch recently: Steak Salad with Sesame Dressing! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s how you do it: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Smother your steak (we used a New York strip steak) with a generous pour of EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill to your preferred doneness. Once cooked, seat aside to rest. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. While the steak is resting, work on your salad. For the dressing whisk together 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, grated ginger, lemon juice, and Ancho Vinegar with 2 tbsp each of Toasted Sesame Oil and Avocado Oil. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Toss your choice of leafy greens with the dressing (we used spring mix) and plate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Top the salad with thinly sliced pieces of steak. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5.
